Creating your own AI assistant inside our platform is super easy. Just follow these quick steps and you’ll have your assistant live in minutes:
1. Go to the “Assistants” Tab
From the left-hand menu, click “Assistants” and then hit the “Create AI Assistant” button on the top right.
2. Fill in the Basic Details

Name: Give your assistant a name (e.g. John, Lisa, SupportBot).

Website URL: Add the URL of the project the assistant represents (e.g. https://happierleads.com).

Project/Brand Name: This is the name your assistant will mention during interactions (e.g. Happierleads).
3. Select Language & Voice
Choose:

Language your assistant will use (e.g. English).

Voice type (e.g. Male or Female) depending on the tone you want.
4. Describe Your Product or Service
In the large text area, explain what your product or business does. Include:

Benefits

What makes it unique
This is what trains your assistant to respond intelligently. Be clear and specific!

5. Add an Optional Message
Use the second text area to guide the assistant’s tone or attitude (e.g. “Be friendly and helpful”).
6. Set Follow-Up Email
Tick the follow-up checkbox and add your email (e.g. [email protected]) so leads can reach out directly.
7. Save!
Click “Save Assistant”—and you’re done! Your assistant is now ready to engage and help your visitors.
